MoReq (2001) Specification

The MoReq specification was originally published in 2001.

The original MoReq was a specification (only) it did not have an XML export schema or a test framework for verifying whether or not solutions were compliant.

Also available for download here are translations of the official English version into other languages.

Note that there were no verification rules placed on translations of the original MoReq specification and there was no MoReq Governance Board at the time it was published and translated.
